Laura Winter
Executive Coach
Laura’s clients value the coaching that she brings to them as high performing individuals: how to create and shape a transformation, how to succeed in new environments, and how to achieve success through building relationships and trust. She brings a fresh perspective, drawing on her career within the insurance industry where she held senior leadership roles at RSA, Amlin and Hiscox. Combined with her experience as an Associate Partner at IBM and Associate Director at Deloitte where she specialised in solving and delivering solutions to complex problems.
Laura draws on her extensive boardroom experience to inform her coaching. Her calm, conversational style allows her clients to bring their true self to any session and have trust in exploring their path forward, no matter how sensitive the subject matter or how stretching the goal.
During her career she worked in London, Paris and across Europe so has first hand experience of working in many different cultures. After university, Laura lived in Paris and studied French at the Sorbonne. She spends her free time in the Alps enjoying summer and winter seasons with her family.

Julie is a leadership coach and change consultant with two decades of global FMCG experience, known for her grounded, energetic style and her ability to help leaders thrive in complex, fast‑moving environments. She partners with individuals and teams who want to grow their confidence, sharpen their decision‑making, and navigate change with clarity and impact.
Her background spans senior roles across international markets, giving her a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, cultural nuance, and the realities leaders face when the stakes are high. She brings that experience into every coaching relationship, offering practical tools, honest challenge, and a supportive space where people can think, experiment, and move forward with purpose.
She draws on her extensive career that spanned Kimberly Clarke where she was the European Director of Change Management and Communications. Also a new business she setup focusing on bespoke methodologies and management systems. For the last 15 years Julie has designed and delivered professional leadership training to senior consultants in the Health sector.
